 Vic Hill lifted the lid on his 2021 season on Saturday night at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) for the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series-sanctioned Iron-Man Classic. In a field of 25 cars, Hill clocked in eighth fastest in group, which positioned him 15th on the starting grid for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Losing one spot in the 40-lap affair, Vic logged a 16th-place outing.
