| July 28, 2018 - Vic Hills Scores First Win of the Season in Exciting Fashion at Boyd's |
 Tuesday night saw Vic Hill return with the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern National Series at Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) competing in a field of 28 cars. Laying down the fastest time overall in his qualifying group, Vic earned the pole position for the A-Main. Jumping into the lead on the drop of the green flag, Hill held off Randy Weaver and Dale McDowell in the final 10 circuits to capture his first win of the season and a $3,500 payday.  On Saturday night Hill rejoined the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Series at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) for the series finale. Drawing 23 Super Late Models for the $10,000 top prize, Hill followed up the 11th fastest time in qualifying with a 4th place finish in his heat. Starting the feature 11th, Vic slipped back to a 19th place outing after bringing out a caution on lap 31 with a flat tire.

After Mother Nature wiped out Monday’s event at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee), Vic Hill returned with the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern National Series on Tuesday evening at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee). With 31 Super Late Models registered in for action, Vic locked his spot into the A-Main with the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group. Rolling off 8th, Hill jumped up two positions reeling in a 6th place finish.

| July 14, 2018 - Runner-up Finish in Southern Nationals Opener at Wythe Raceway |
 Vic Hill was one of 31 Super Late Models signed in at Wythe Raceway (Rural Retreat, Virginia) on Saturday night kicking off the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Series. Following the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group, Hill streaked to an 8-lap heat race victory positioning him 4th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Breaking into a podium spot, Vic improved two positions in the 53-lapper to place 2nd behind Dale McDowell with Eric Wells, Ross Bailes, and Casey Roberts completing the Top-5 finishers.  On Tuesday night Vic Hill visited Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) for the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals Bonus Series sanctioned contest. With 19 Super Late Models registered in for action, Hill locked his spot into the main event with the sixth fastest time overall in qualifying.
